The Country House is a place where tranquility arises nearby the busy life of the Italian capital Rome.

The house is medium sized and in excellent overall condition. The internal spaces are divided and designed to be functional and comfortable. Excellent for couples, families with children or groups of friends.

The villa is easily accessible, 2 km from the town centre of Castel Madama and 4 km from the A24 Rome-L'Aquila motorway Castel Madama exit.

The kitchen is functional and well equipped. It is possible to use the barbecue in the garden.

Just outside, under a beautiful medlar tree on the terrace, there are tables to eat and enjoy the landscape and the greenery around the place.

The garden begins right in front of the house with the small slope whilst on top there is space to play ball or badminton.

The above-ground swimming pool completes the Country House outdoor area offering plenty of entertainment opportunities for adults and children.

The swimming pool is accessed from the ground. From the pool there is a beautiful view of the hills of the Roman countryside with a relief of the medieval castle of Castel Madama.

The house is warm in winter and cool in summer.

In winter it is heated with a radiator system connected to a pellet stove, which is not only an efficient way to heat the Country House but also an ecological one.

Each bedroom has a dehumidifier/fan air conditioner.

There are mosquito nets on all windows.

The water is from the public waterworks and is drinkable. Hot water is supplied by the gas boiler.

Terms and Conditions for the Country House

By booking the Country House, the entire apartment is available to customers (consisting of at least one bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchenette). Prices include the use of the kitchen, linen, and cleaning of the room upon arrival. Breakfast is not provided.

Booking and Payment

The amount due for the stay is paid in two installments. At the time of the booking, 50% of the total price are to be paid via a bank transfer. The remainder is to be paid to the owner in cash at the time of the check-in. In case of cancellation of the booking at any point in time after the booking, the deposit of 50% is non-refundable. The client wishing to cancel the booking is required to advise the owner of the Villa as soon as possible.

Damages

Any damages caused by the client during their stay within the house or the exterior premises of the Villa must be settled by the client with the owner at a rate that allows for the damage to be repaired and/or the damaged item to be replaced.

Country House villa Pietro Romano is 10 minutes by car from Tivoli center.
The highway A24 Roma-L Aquila connect Castel Madama with the centre of Rome in 30 - 35 minutes. From Castel Madama s A24 highway exit follow the signs to the town. Just before S. Anna Church take Via Pietro Romano to the left and follow the indications to the Country House Villa Pietro Romano.
