The Country House is a place where tranquility arises alongside the capital life of Rome.

The house is medium sized, the internal spaces are divided and designed to be comfortable and well. Excellent for couples, families with children or groups of friends.

The villa is easily accessible, 2 km from the town centre of Castel Madama and 4 km from the A24 Rome-L'Aquila motorway exit.

The kitchen is comfortable to use and well equipped. It is possible to use the barbecue in the garden.

Just outside, under a beautiful medlar tree on the terrace there are tables to eat and enjoy the landscape and the greenery around.

The beginning of the garden with the small slope and then there is the flat space to play ball or badminton.

The above ground pool completes the welcome offering pleasant entertainment for adults and children.

The pool is accessed from the ground. From the pool there is a beautiful view of the hills of the Roman countryside with a relief of the medieval castle Castel Madama.

The house is warm in winter and cool in summer.

Winter is heated with a radiator system with a pellet stove, not only an efficient but also ecological way.

Each bedroom has a cold/hot/dehumidifier/fan air conditioner.

There are mosquito nets on all windows.

The water is from the public waterworks and is drinkable. Hot water is supplied by the gas boiler.

Terms and Conditions for the Country House

Holiday Homes are structures in which the owners make the entire apartment available to customers (consisting of at least one bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchenette). Prices include use of the kitchen, linen, and cleaning of the room upon arrival. Breakfast is not provided.

Booking and Payment

The amount due for the stay is paid in two instalments. At the time of the booking 50% of the total price are to be paid via a bank transfer. The remainder is to be paid to the owner in cash at the time of the check-in. In case of cancellation of the booking at any point in time after the booking, the deposit of 50% is non-refundable. The client wishing to cancel the booking is required to advise the owner of the Villa as soon as possible.

Damages

Any damages caused by the client during their stay within the house or the exterior premises of the Villa must be settled by the client with the owner at a rate that allows for the damage to be repaired and/or the damaged item to be replaced.

Country House villa Pietro Romano is 10 minutes by car from Tivoli center.
The highway A24 Roma-L Aquila connect Castel Madama with the centre of Rome in 30 - 35 minutes. From Castel Madama s A24 highway exit follow the signs to the town. Just before S. Anna Church take Via Pietro Romano to the left and follow the indications to the Country House Villa Pietro Romano.
